Attorney Liberti earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics from Union College in 1988 and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from Western New England College School of Law. He also attended classes at the University of Bath, in England. He will receive a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in estate planning and elder law from Western New England College School of Law in 2007. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (Estates and Probate Section) and the New Haven County Bar Association (Trust, Estates and Probate Committee, Director, 2005-2006).
