After 14 years of experience with labor and employment law litigation, arbitration and negotiations, I shifted my practice focus to areas of importance to the LGBT community.  Since 1991 I have been assisting clients with life planning and protection documents for individuals, couples and families, as well as adoptions and guardianships to protect parental rights, negotiation of partnership dissolutions, small business start-ups and other matters.  I emphasize personal attention and accessibility to clients by answering and returning telephone calls and e-mails personally.
