Review proposed legislation for constitutional infirmities and conflicts; draft new legislation, prepare amendments, and generally advise committee. Worked especially close on pedestrian rights, abandoned vehicles and private trespass towing, marking school buses, handicap parking permits amendments, yielding to emergency vehicles, construction and maintenance of state roads, among others.
